Stepping off the city streets into Caesars Palace is like stepping into a restaurant in Monte Carlo. Smoked glass, exotic lighting, marble floors and walls and a background water feature give Caesars a real air of exclusivity. It’s open from 11am-11pm seven days a week and can seat up to 350 people over two floors, making it Liverpool’s largest restaurant. Under a new owner who has three decades of experience in the food business, Caesars Palace offers a wide range of fresh, local produce and menu choices includes grills, seafood, pasta and steak. Special dietary requirements are catered for including halal meat and there is a special ‘Little Caesars Menu’ for kids. There is also a cocktail menu.
